Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to provide the service you purchased
- If you cancel your service before we begin processing your application
- If there is a significant error on our part that prevents service delivery
- If you are not eligible for the immigration program you selected
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Government application fees
- Services that have already been provided
- Consultation fees for completed sessions
- Document preparation services that have been completed
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer service team
- Provide your account information and reason for refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
- If approved, refund will be processed within 10 business days
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:
- The stage of your application process
- Services already provided
- Time and resources already invested
- Specific circumstances of your case
