Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to provide the service you purchased
  • If you cancel your service before we begin processing your application
  • If there is a significant error on our part that prevents service delivery
  • If you are not eligible for the immigration program you selected

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Government application fees
  • Services that have already been provided
  • Consultation fees for completed sessions
  • Document preparation services that have been completed

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account information and reason for refund
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for review
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 10 business days

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:

  • Services already provided
  • Time and resources already invested
